MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) Wisconsins seven-day average of residents completing their COVID-19 vaccine series is continuing to drop, despite everyone who is at least 12 years of age being eligible to receive a vaccination.
According to numbers provided by the Department of Health Services (DHS), the states seven-day-average for those completing the vaccine series is below 20,000 for the second straight day.
The last time there were multiple days of that figure being below 20,000 was a three-day stretch…
